There are almost as many B-movie in-jokes as there are bare breasts in this comedy about a killer on the set of a micro-budget sci-fi flick. This might be director Fred Olen Ray’s best. It’s a B-movie that spoofs B-movies. There are about five gags a minute here and most of them are funny. More importantly, there’s a great topless catfight.
Veteran starlet Edy Williams caps off her long career here as a shapely blonde who fills out the film’s Martian girl outfit after somebody strangled the previous actress. B-movie stalwart Brinke Stevens plays a sullen wannabe actress who toils as a crew member and fumes as the director keeps passing her over for a part.
