Bloodlust! (1961)

The Most Dangerous Game done the drive-in way. That means that the characters are teenagers (including Robert Reed, looking every day of his 29 years of age), there are violent deaths perfect for scaring the girls of 1961 into their dates’ arms and writer Richard Connell gets no credit for his much-adapted original story. It’s also not very good. This movie is Talk City. The only times the film earns that exclamation point in the title are during some nice moments in psychotic island dweller Wilton Graff’s “trophy room” full of his human taxidermy and one sensitive scene where a guy gets burned up in a tub of acid.
