Face-kickingly average and neck-choppingly routine Kung Fu flick full of the usual stunts and zoom lenses. It probably plays best in the middle of a triple-bill on Times Square in 1978. Most memorable is our hero who’s not very good at the usual Kung Fu moves, but is great at throwing nails with film editor-assisted accuracy.
