Spaced Out (1979)

Everybody gets naked and everybody delivers some of the world’s dumbest jokes with sunny enthusiasm in this British sci-fi softcore sex comedy. The spaceship is on strings and the breasts are perky. What you’ve got here are four well-built lady aliens from an all-female planet. They kidnap some Earthlings (three guys and one prudish woman who eventually loosens up) to learn about them. What do the aliens learn? They mostly learn that they really like dick. That’s about it. The whole movie’s less than eighty minutes long.

The cast here is cuddly as can be. Busty Hungarian actress Ava Cadell (putting on a particularly squeaky English accent here) would later drop her top in several Andy Sidaris movies. Alien girl Glory Annen had already established herself by this time with her lead role in the sexploitation cult flick Felicity. My personal favorite here is Kate Ferguson as the leather-clad, cigar-smoking ship’s captain with a dark Louise Brooks bob hairstyle. Director Norman J. Warren wisely saves her nude unveiling for last.
