In this spy movie parody, broadly stereotyped foreign agents disguise themselves as cowboys and show up at a Montana dude ranch to fight over a rabbit with a deadly bacteria bomb attached to its collar. Or something. Our hero is American secret agent and part-time rock star Arch Hall Jr.
